Crafting immersive, culturally resonant brand moments
For IRON’s ninth rodeo—an annual celebration rooted in heritage and community—I played a pivotal role in shaping both the strategy and on-the-ground execution of this unforgettable event honoring Hispanic Heritage Month.
In the lead-up, I curated a targeted roster of Latina and Latino influencers, tastemakers, and VIP guests, secured musical talent, and drove media and PR outreach. I also brokered sponsorships that elevated the event’s reach and resonance. From the early ranch cleanup to full-scale event design and production coordination, I oversaw day-to-day progress, ensuring a seamless guest experience and production flow.
During the rodeo, I served as VIP liaison, produced dynamic behind-the-scenes social content, and led an Instagram Live collaboration with Cowgirl Magazine featuring acclaimed costume designer Johnetta Boone (Paramount’s Yellowstone). This activation not only celebrated cultural storytelling but deepened IRON’s community ties and set the stage for future brand partnerships.
